To prepare a delicious infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), add 1 tea bag, and let it steep for 3–4 minutes; cover the cup to prevent the most volatile aromatic compounds from escaping. Before removing the tea bag, press it lightly with the back of a teaspoon. The resulting infusion can be enjoyed plain or sweetened to taste.

Please note: when preparing green tea infusions, use hot water at approximately 80°C.
