For hard sweets, the traditional ‘direct-heat cooking’ method – the gold standard – is used, which enhances the flavours and gives the taste a well-rounded character. WELLBEING
Balsamica with Erisimo, Alpine Herbs, Green Tea and Wild Berries, Propolis and Acerola, and Ginger are made using isomalt and maltitol syrup as a base – two naturally sourced sweeteners derived from beetroot and maize respectively. Isomalt and maltitol are also ‘tooth-friendly’. The Propolis and Honey sweet, on the other hand, contains sugar and is made with these two precious gifts from the hive.
Balsamic with Erisimo
Ingredients: sweeteners: isomalt, maltitol syrup; Erisimo extract 1%, natural menthol 0.8%, natural eucalyptol 0.4%, peppermint essential oil 0.1%, star anise essential oil 0.1%, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Alpine Herbs
Ingredients: sweeteners: isomalt, maltitol syrup; gentian extract 0.2%, natural alpine herbs flavouring 0.15%, mountain pine essential oil 0.05%, natural menthol 0.05%.
Propolis and Acerola – not suitable for vegans
