Drinking plenty of water frequently also helps maintain the urinary tract in a state of normal well-being, as it is closely connected to the prostate, while alcohol and coffee should be consumed in moderation and smoking should be avoided. Excessive sedentary behavior is also not recommended: it is good practice to avoid sitting for long periods and, even better, to take daily walks and, if possible, engage in physical activity. Finally, undergoing appropriate periodic check-ups is certainly a good habit.
