Rooibos is an original plant in the mountains of South Africa.

With the sprigs and leaves of this bush it is possible to prepare the Red Tea or Tea of the Masai, an infuser of dark red, with a delicate scent and a characteristic, slightly astringent taste. A refreshing drink containing a few tannins and free of caffeine, suitable for all ages and at any time of the day.

Take 1-2 cups of infusion a day.

Pour boiling water into a cup (approx. 150 ml), place a filter sachet in it and let it stand for 5-8 minutes; cover the cup so that the more volatile substances are not dispersed.

Before removing the filter sachet, press it lightly with the back of a teaspoon. Use one sachet per cup. The resulting infusion can be enjoyed natural or sweetened to taste.
