Jasmine Tea arrived in the West at the end of the 19th century on large commercial ships and has since then been highly appreciated for its delicate aroma and elegant, pleasantly floral taste.

Its traditional preparation dates back to the Ming Dynasty: the leaves of green tea rapidly dried by steam were left to rest several times, for several hours, in a closed environment together with jasmine flowers, so as to absorb their scent. It is a sweet and fresh tea, made even more fragrant by the addition of a natural aroma of jasmine flowers.

Pour very hot water water (about 80°C) into a cup (approx. 150 ml), place 1 filter sachet in it and let it stand for 3-4 minutes; cover the cup so that the more volatile substances are not dispersed.

Before removing the filter sachet, press it lightly with the back of a teaspoon. Use one sachet per cup. The resulting infusion can be enjoyed natural or sweetened to taste.
