Erbamea proposes these filter bags with sewed flowers of Organic Chamomile, sealed one by one, to keep all the aroma of flowers and their natural properties unaltered.

With them you can prepare so many perfumed infuse cups, drink during the day or even in the evening before going to sleep.

Pour boiling water into a cup (approx. 150 ml), place a filter sachet in it and let it stand for 5-8 minutes; cover the cup so that the more volatile substances are not dispersed.

Before removing the filter sachet, press it lightly with the back of a teaspoon. Use one sachet per cup. The resulting infusion can be enjoyed natural or sweetened to taste.
