With the arrival of the beautiful season, walking in the plain and hill fields, it is easy to come across the Malva, a pretty plant with its streaked pink and purple flowers that stand out from the bushy foliage of intense green color.

Its name derives from the Latin "softening" which means "softening", and refers to the characteristic richness in mucilages of this plant, which has always been used for its emollient activity.

Pour boiling water into a cup (approx. 150 ml), place a filter sachet in it and let it stand for 8-10 minutes; cover the cup so that the more volatile substances are not dispersed.

Before removing the filter sachet, press it lightly with the back of a teaspoon. Use one sachet per cup. The resulting infusion can be enjoyed natural or sweetened to taste.
