Vitamin K2 is a fat-soluble vitamin which is absorbed by the intestine onlyif the diet is varied and balanced in its components, and thus also containsa fair amount of lipids.

Based on Vitamin K (menaquinone) obtained by fermentation. Vitamin K helps maintain normal bones.

Supplements should not be considered as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Take 1 or 2 tablets daily, with meals, with a little water.
